1. Q: How does it work?

A:

Step 1: Sign up in store or online at regalcleanerslakeland.com

Step 2: Once we receive your information, you will receive an email within one business day, stating whether or not we service your area.

Step 3: After you receive that email, a bag and hook will be delivered to your house the next business day.

Step 4: You will receive a message every Monday at 4:00PM via the way you requested. Respond to the message before 6:00AM the next day.

Step 5: Enjoy the service!

 

2. Q: What if I don’t need service one week?

A: That’s okay! This is an “On Demand” Service. If you don’t need service, just respond to the text “No”. There will be no charge for saying “No”.

 

3. Q: What if I say yes, and forget to put my bag out in time?

A: If you say yes to a pickup and don’t have your bag out in time, there will be a $15.00 charge.

 
4. Q: Do I have to have a minimum amount of pieces?
A: No. There are no minimums.

 

5. Q: How much is it per piece?

A: It’s the same pricing as in store. It’s only $2.50 per piece, excluding starched pants.
