SAME-DAY DRY CLEANING FAQ

Does same-day dry cleaning cost extra?
No. Same-day dry cleaning at Regal Cleaners is the same $4.09 per garment as our standard service. There is no rush fee, and no upcharges.
What is the cutoff time for same-day service?
Drop off your garments by 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and they will be ready for pickup by 5:00 PM the same day. Drop off after 9 AM and they are ready the next day by 5. After 9 AM on Friday, or on Saturday, they are ready Monday by 5.
What garments qualify for same-day service?
Standard dry cleaning garments qualify — suits, dress shirts, blouses, slacks, skirts, dresses, coats, ties, and more. We do not clean wedding dresses, leather, or suede. Comforters take 2 days, any size.
Do I need to call ahead?
No, you do not need to call ahead. Just drop off your garments before 9:00 AM Monday through Friday and they will be ready by 5:00 PM the same day. We can handle large orders with no problem.
What about Saturday drop-offs?
Same-day service is available Monday through Friday. If you drop off on Saturday, your garments will be ready Monday by 5:00 PM.
Do you clean wedding dresses, leather, or suede?
We don't clean wedding dresses, leather, or suede. Those are specialty jobs that call for equipment and processes we don't run, so we'd rather say no than do it halfway. That goes for leather trim too, so a wool coat with a leather collar is one we'd have to turn down.
