1. Program Description

Regal Cleaners operates an SMS (text message) alert program designed to keep you informed about your dry cleaning orders, special offers, and important business updates. This program is powered by Twilio and is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

By opting into this program, you agree to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provide. You are responsible for any charges your wireless carrier may impose for these messages.

2. How to Opt In

You can join our SMS program in the following ways:

• Text JOIN to (863) 272-9323
• Tap an NFC tag (at our location or on marketing materials) and confirm your phone number
• Provide your number directly to our staff in-store or online
• Enter your number through our website or mobile app

By texting JOIN or otherwise providing your number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Regal Cleaners for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

3. Message Types & Frequency

Transactional Messages (Order Notifications):

• Order confirmations when you drop off items
• Real-time status updates (processing, ready for pickup, etc.)
• Ready notifications when your garments are available
• Hold notifications if an item requires special attention

Transactional messages are sent as needed and may occur multiple times per week depending on your order frequency.

Promotional Messages (Special Offers & Marketing):

• Coupons and discount codes
• Seasonal promotions (spring cleaning, holiday specials, etc.)
• New service announcements
• Reactivation offers for lapsed customers
• Loyalty program updates

Promotional messages are typically sent 2–4 times per month and may vary based on business activity and seasonal campaigns.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received, depending on your wireless carrier plan. Check your wireless plan details for information about any SMS or data charges. Regal Cleaners is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Message frequency may vary based on our promotions and your account activity. Incoming messages (e.g., your JOIN request) count toward your plan's message limits unless your carrier offers unlimited texting.

5. How to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time, at no cost:

You will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional SMS messages from Regal Cleaners. However, we may continue to send transactional messages (order confirmations, ready notifications) that are essential to your account and order fulfillment.

Help and support messages sent via text are free and do not count against your standard message plan limits.

Delivery may be delayed on some networks. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by your wireless carrier or service limitations.

Any personal information you provide for our SMS program is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and message activity may be used to improve service delivery, analyze engagement, and comply with legal obligations.

We will not share your phone number with third parties except as necessary to deliver SMS messages through Twilio or as required by law.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Disclaimer: While we strive to deliver messages reliably, Regal Cleaners does not guarantee uninterrupted or timely SMS delivery. Message delays, non-delivery, or errors may occur due to network limitations, carrier issues, or other technical factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: Regal Cleaners is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from SMS message delays, non-delivery, or errors. Our liability for any claim related to this SMS program is limited to the cost of the messages at issue.

No Endorsement: Messages sent by Regal Cleaners do not imply endorsement of any third-party services, links, or content referenced in the messages.

10. Compliance & Legal

TCPA Compliance: By opting in to this SMS program, you provide your express written consent to receive autodialed, automated, and/or prerecorded text messages from Regal Cleaners at the phone number you provide. You acknowledge that this consent is given to receive SMS messages for transactional, marketing, and informational purposes. Your consent applies even if you are on the National Do Not Call Registry or any state Do Not Call list.

CTIA Compliance: This SMS program complies with CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) guidelines. All messages include clear identification of the sender and instructions for opting out.

Modifications: Regal Cleaners reserves the right to modify the terms of this SMS program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email to subscribers. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this SMS program shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law.

11. Account & Device Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to opt in to this program
• You must own or have the right to use the phone number you provide
• You must maintain a valid, active mobile phone account
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information
• You agree to notify us immediately if your phone number changes

If we detect fraudulent activity or terms violations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the SMS program without notice.
