QUESTIONS

Is this dry cleaning?
No. Wash-and-fold is the load you would run at home: towels, sheets, socks, underwear, workout clothes, pajamas, the kids' clothes. It comes back washed and folded, not pressed. If a dry-clean-only piece ends up in your bag, we dry clean it instead and add $4.09 for it. Not sure? Leave it out, or put a note on the bag.
When does it start, and when am I charged?
This fall, if 50 households on these streets sign up. Everyone on the list hears from us by email either way, and the start date comes at least two weeks ahead. Nothing is charged to sign up. A $50 bag is charged when we pick it up. If you take the weekly plan, $179 a month is charged on the day of your first pickup and on that same date each month after.
How does a one-off bag work?
Text or email us. We pick the bag up from your porch on the next route day, Monday through Thursday, and deliver it back the next day washed and folded, $50. First time, use any bag or a basket liner; we leave you a Regal bag with the return.
How much fits in the bag?
About three loads of laundry, or two full baskets. If you like numbers, about 25 pounds in a 22-by-28-inch Regal bag. First time, use any bag; we leave you a Regal bag with the return. Need more than one bag in a week? Each extra bag is $39. No plan at all? $50 a bag.
Do my clothes get mixed with another family's?
No, never. Your bag is washed on its own, dried on its own and folded on its own. Inside your bag everything goes together in cold water with color-catcher sheets, like at home. Anything that needs its own wash goes in a separate bag with a note.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, with 48 hours' notice before your next pickup. No contract, no cancellation fee.
